Abstract

The paper considers the problem of introduction in measuring laboratories of techniques of estimation of measurements uncertainty according to the recommendations ISO. The concepts of the standard and uncertainty of measurements are given. The methods and algorithms of receptions of combined standard uncertainty are offered. The fragment of the table of an estimation of the combined standard uncertainty of measurements of loose materials humidity which proceeds from the developed applied program is given.
