У статті розглянуто теоретичні та практичні аспекти управління оборотним капіталом підприємства. Запропоновано структурно логічну послідовність побудови системи управління оборотним капіталом підприємства. Представлено авторське бачення механізму управління оборотним капіталом на промисловому підприємстві за системним підходомThe primary task of national industry is planning its activities in accordance with the complex transformation of crisis. As working capital is the most liquid part of the capital of enterprise, the formation of destinations of its effective use is important and particular relevance to restore the financial stability of the industry in modern conditions. The starting point should be the stabilization of more efficient use of working capital. The features of working capital management of company are discussed in the article. A sequence of introduction of working capital management is proposed. The authors presents a vision scheme of the mechanism of working capital management in the industrial enterprise in terms of systems perspective.
