Abstract

The theoretical foundations of the redesign of technical institutions of higher education, methods of modernization and re-equipment of educational buildings, in order to create a comfortable and student-oriented environment in accordance with modern requirements, are studied. The tendencies, actual methods of application and combination of different types of material, styles of design, forms, means of formation of interior design are considered. A modern practical design of the Main educational building of Vinnytsia was developed.
