Особливості надання публічних послуг в Україні

Abstract

The article outlines the problem of increasing the level of trust of Ukrainian citizens in power structures through the improvement of public services. It is established that Ukraine is on the path of development of Europe and analyzed articles of scientists dealing with the essence and structure of definitions of public services, standardization, unification, adjustment of the system of rendering of management services in our country and organization of the system of rendering of administrative services and definitions of the mechanism for their implementation. It is determined that in Ukraine there are different types of services, called public, state, administrative, social, municipal, having its own financing and used in the life of Ukrainian citizens. The essence of the concept of «public service» is disclosed from different sources and the historical development of services is defined as public ones. The main areas of provision of state and municipal services are presented. Requirements regarding the provision and quality of public services, in particular public services, are considered, the disadvantages of public services in Ukraine and the problems that affect the efficiency of the state to meet the interests of its citizens and other organizations. The needs of the subjects of the consumer are given, namely: the need for safety, community security, the need for help, the need for legitimacy for a person, the needs of man connected with the support of daily life, information, communication and recreation, in spiritual and cultural identification and selfdisclosure and services that will be able to satisfy them. Some ways of improving public services have been developed .
