Анотація
The modern provisions of designing free space inside residential complexes of middle and high storeys of buildings are considered. The analysis is based on residential areas with different density indicators, offered by different market value and territorial significance. The variants of solutions of balance of the territory with placement on it of yard platforms, and social - household premises which can compensate for lack of necessary platforms are deduced in percent.
