Abstract

This research provides a comprehensive study of the impact of the human factor on occupational safety through the lens of the digitalization of production processes. It examines the psychophysiological mechanisms underlying workers’ errors and justifies the need to implement adaptive information systems for monitoring personnel performance. The study is based on the use of modern computer testing methods and data processing algorithms to assess the cognitive resilience and readiness of specialists to perform high-risk tasks. Particular attention is paid to the digital diagnosis of the ergonomic suitability of workplaces and the automation of the analysis of the socio-psychological factors of risky behavior.
