Abstract

The given article deals with the determination of optimum durability of the reconstruction of the dwellings of first mass series. The analysis of the impact of technological and organizational factors on the durability of the reconstruction was carried out to solve the given task. It allowed to determine the most significant factors. The plan of multiple experiment was formulated considering the combination of the given factors under the terms of acceptable value. The multiple experiments were conducted by the example of graphic model of reconstruction of five- storey building with four porches on the basis of typical series 1-4382.5-7.The tests were carried out on the basis of experimental and statistical modelling and the area of efficient solution of reducing the durability of the reconstruction of the dwellings was determined considering the simultaneous impact of the given factors, The received results were illustrated in the form of charts of dependence. We came to a conclusion about the reconstruction conditions of such buildings.
