Abstract

A compactor of shock vibration action to form rigid concrete mixes comprises a base plate with a void-former, with a pin vibration drive located inside. The base plate is fixed by guides with stops. The device comprises a movable inertial mass with a pin vibration drive at the bottom, which is spring-loaded by a power spring and is connected through the internal cavity with the upper part of movable inertial mass, relative to the upper beam, which by means of guides is attached to the lower part of base plate with the void-former. On the base plate power piston hydraulic cylinders are installed, the pistons are mounted to the contact with the support surface of movable inertial mass. The internal working cavities of power piston hydraulic cylinders are hydraulically connected to a driving hydraulic system, to which a pilot control valve set is connected for periodical opening and closing of connections of the pressure hydraulic line of the hydraulic system, and its connection to a discharge.
