Abstract

The complex master's qualification work is dedicated to development of the information technology of the video selection problem and the software based on collaborative filtering algorithm. The technology enhances the quality of providing video recommendations. The subject area of the recommendation systems and the technologies of providing recommendations were analyzed. Classification and analysis of methods providing recommendations in the recommendation system were done. The software of providing recommendations was designed. The information technology of the video selection problem and the software of providing recommendations were implemented using JavaScript and TypeScript programming languages and Node.js software platform.
