We investigate 6G networks with more flexible spectrum allocation by using not only spectrum, but also time and other network resources. This can be achieved with the help of new technologies, such as programmable metasurface and network resource management (NRM). The features of providing more flexible spectrum allocation in 6G through the use of non-orthogonal frequency allocation (NFT) methods, which allow multiple users to use the same channel without mutual interference, are considered. The possibility of using other technologies, such as cognitive radio, which allows the network to dynamically respond to changes in the environment and adapt to the needs of users, is determined. The features of network segmentation are considered, which has become an important element of the 5G system to support different network traffic challenges and provide different levels of service for different users. However, 6G systems will focus on even more flexible and efficient network segmentation using virtualization and container technologies. The article investigates the efficient use of network resources, more accurate traffic distribution and providing a better level of service for each user, regardless of their location, using virtualization technology, which will provide easier and faster access to network resources and ensure a quick and efficient response to changing user requirements. It is determined that integration between terrestrial and cellular networks can indeed increase the value of 6G networks by creating a more flexible and efficient network infrastructure that can provide a wide range of services and additional features for mobile users. Terrestrial networks are typically used to transfer large amounts of data and provide low-latency services. Cellular networks, on the other hand, provide mobility and wide area coverage. Integration of these networks can take advantage of the benefits of both networks, providing high bandwidth and low latency, as well as mobility and wide area coverage. It is substantiated that the integration of networks can provide more efficient use of network resources, in particular, better use of different radio frequency bands and reduced costs for infrastructure, network support and user serviceen
