Исследование режимов вибрационной линеаризации трения в паре ротор-распределитель аксиального роторно-поршневого гидромотора

Abstract

The results of hydraulic mechanism with vibrating linearization of friction in the rotary axial piston motor, operating at the lower limit of the speed control range nonlinear mathematical model research on analog computers are presented. The structure of the rotary axial piston motors type G15-2 with upgraded mechanical distributor allows to implement the vibrating effect on the friction rotary-valve pair, as well as the hydraulic mechanism mathematical model comprising the motor and its electronic model is considered. The conducted research allowed to select optimal modes of vibration linearization friction in the hydromotor control unit, confirmed by experiment.
