Abstract

A device for control of pump unit includes an asynchronous motor, a centrifugal pump, a converter for power supply of power circuit of motor, two adders, computer block, block for setting design and power parameters of centrifugal pump and parameters of consumer’s network, at that input of transformer for power supply of power circuit of motor is connected to three-phase power network, shaft of asynchronous motor is connected to the shaft of impeller of centrifugal pump, second input of computer block is connected to output of block for setting structural and power parameters of centrifugal pump and parameters of consumer’s network. There are included speed sensor, pressure control device and feed setting device, at that input of rate indicator is connected to the shaft of the centrifugal pump impeller, its output is connected to the first input of the computer block, first and second outputs of this one are connected to first inputs of first and second adders, respectively, second input of first adder is connected to output of pressure control device, and second input of second adder is connected to output of feed setting device, outputs of first and second adders are connected to first and second control inputs of converter for power supply of motor power circuit, respectively, its outputs are connected to three-phase winding of stator of asynchronous motor.
