The subject of the research is the quality of the restoration of shafts. The work consists of six parts: 1. Quality of working surfaces of shafts and their research. 2. Investigation of the influence of technological factors on the quality of working surfaces of shafts. 3. Development and substantiation of the parameters of the technological process of recovery of the shaft of the traction gear. 4. Designing a complex of equipment with numerical control. 5. Calculation of the economic efficiency of an innovative solution. 6. Occupational safety and security in emergencies The object of the study is the process of improving the quality of the recovery of the shaft of the traction reducer. The main goal of the qualification work is to improve the quality of the restoration of working surfaces of shafts. The object of the research is the technological processes of restoration of worn working surfaces of shafts.
