Розробка інформаційних систем для цифрового менеджменту: виклики та перспективи

Abstract

The article examines the challenges and prospects of developing information systems for digital management. The essence of digital management as an integral part of the competitiveness of enterprises in the context of digitalisation is studied. It is determined that the main directions of implementation of digital management to improve the efficiency of business process management are: the use of technologies to optimise processes, integration of data and processes, increasing transparency and security, adaptation to changes, innovation and strategic development. The article identifies the challenges of developing information systems for digital management, which are related to the growth of data volumes and the need for Big Data analytics, ensuring cybersecurity, flexibility, scalability, the need for mobility and cloud solutions, integration of artificial intelligence and automation, integration with existing systems, and compliance with regulatory requirements. It is noted that the development of modern information systems in the context of digitalisation requires innovative approaches, such as Agile methodology, DevOps, microservice architecture, Low-Code/No-Code platforms, artificial intelligence and machine learning, cloud solutions, User Experience, and integration with IoT. It is proved that information systems are an important tool for digital management, and their development plays a strategic role for business. The prospects of IS are associated with the introduction of innovative technologies aimed at improving management processes, optimising decision-making and increasing competitiveness, in particular with: integration of artificial intelligence, use of cloud technologies, blockchain for transparency and security, development of the Internet of Things, improvement of cybersecurity, modularity and flexibility of IS, development of decision support systems. The importance of integrating selflearning algorithms that allow to increase management efficiency in the context of global competition and dynamic changes in the business environment is emphasised.У статті досліджено виклики та перспективи розробки інформаційних систем для цифрового менеджменту. Досліджено сутність цифрового менеджменту як невід’ємної складової конкурентоспроможності підприємств в умовах цифровізації. Означено, що основними напрямами впровадження цифрового менеджменту для підвищення ефективності управління бізнес-процесам є: використання технологій для оптимізації процесів, інтеграція даних і процесів, підвищення прозорості та безпеки, адаптація до змін, інноваційність і стратегічний розвиток. Визначено виклики розробки інформаційних систем для цифрового менеджменту, які пов’язані із зростанням обсягів даних та потреба в Big Data аналітиці, забезпеченням кібербезпеки, гнучкості, масштабованості, потреби в мобільності і хмарних рішеннях, інтеграції штучного інтелекту та автоматизації, інтеграції із наявними системами, дотриманням нормативно-правових вимог. Зазначено, що розробка сучасних інформаційних систем в умовах цифровізації вимагає інноваційних підходів. Обґрунтовано, що інформаційні системи є важливим інструментом цифрового менеджменту. Перспективи ІС пов’язані з упровадженням інноваційних технологій, зокрема із: інтеграцією штучного інтелекту, використанням хмарних технологій, блокчейну для прозорості і безпеки, розвитком Інтернету речей, підвищенням кібербезпеки, модульністю і гнучкістю ІС, розробкою систем підтримки рішень.
