Models and methods of processes of functioning and development of modern production systems as
objects of management are considered. The purpose of development is to build a software-implemented
working model of optimal adaptive control of a typical production system. In the framework of classical
methods, a constructive and effective solution of the problem with parametric relations is impossible.
Alternative solutions to the solution on the basis of the methodology of optimal aggregation are studied: on
the basis of construction and use of the Hamilton function and on the basis of development of binary
operators of the class "production, development". Resource structures from integrated subsystems
"production, development" of elements are investigated. Feature of development: the need and wide
possibility of researching the object on the simulation model of development, which reduces the development
time and improves the skills of the developer through the intellectualization of work - the ability to test and
research on the model of the object.
