Abstract

Master's work is carried out at PJSC "Progress-Auto" in the city of Vinnytsia. The description and structure of PJSC "Progress-Auto" are presented in the work. The main indicators and specifics of service and repair of cars at the enterprise are presented and the subject of the master's work is substantiated. The equation of the car movement, changes in the kinematic moment, and the force of the contact interaction of the wheel with the road are developed. The model of motion of the contact elastic element, the model of the braking system is proposed and improved. The production program of the company is calculated on the classes of cars and the calculation of volumes of works for 2017. The calculation of the number of production workers, working and auxiliary posts of service stations was carried out. Developed maps for maintenance of the brake system of cars ZAZ Lanos. The necessary equipment for service of brake systems of cars is selected. Calculation of the salary fund of the post workers and the main technical and economic indicators of the work of the post and the annual economic effect of the introduction of the brake booth is given. The general safety requirements for process equipment and processes are given, the microclimate of the locksmiths section and measures to reduce the impact of cars on the environment are determined.
