Abstract

The paper discusses the structure and principles of integrated optoelectronic memory elements — optoelectronic asynchronous RS-trigger and optoelectronic synchronous RS-trigger which work on the transmission of optical signal without amplifying elements, with the ability to create a serial connection cascades optoelectronic memory arrays with parallel storage of large data sets. We describe their principles of operation and functioning of the state. The structure of asynchronous array optoelectronic memory is considered. Arrays of optoelectronic memory can be used for the construction of specialized computing devices with parallel processing of information.
