Abstract

In this manual in an accessible form deals with electronic components of analog and digital integrated circuits. Were analyzed the static and dynamic characteristics as passive components such as resistors and capacitors integrated and active - bipolar and field-effect transistors. Considered strategies to incorporate standard transistor stages, as well as their performance in static and dynamic modes. Were given the model components and their equivalent circuits for different modes of operation: the small signal and the large signal. Considered the methods of circuit analysis of electronic circuits in PSPICE format as an example of an integrated package MicroCAP. In order to facilitate the assimilation of the material in all sections were made the checklists.
