Abstract

The paper examines the theoretical and methodological principles of management of employee motivation at the enterprise. The essence and significance of the employee motivation management system were studied, the features of material and non-material employee motivation at the enterprise were identified, and the methodical aspects of analyzing and evaluating the employee motivation system were described. Directions for improving the employee motivation system at the enterprise have been developed, including the identification of modern factors for stimulating employee motivation in the management system, and a human-centered approach has been studied as a prerequisite for the formation of an effective employee motivation system.
