Abstract

The paper addresses the problem of organizing and supporting industrial practice for students of higher education institutions, which is characterized by a significant amount of documentation, the need for continuous communication between students, teachers, and administration, as well as control over deadlines and document statuses. An analysis of existing information systems and software solutions used in higher education institutions is conducted, and their limitations regarding comprehensive automation of the industrial practice process are identified. The development of an information system in the form of a Telegram bot with an integrated relational database is proposed, which provides automation of document management, convenient communication, and monitoring of students’ industrial practice progress. The use of Telegram as a client platform increases system accessibility and ensures efficient information exchange.
