Abstract

The master's qualification work is devoted to the issues of improving the management of production potential of PJSC "Vinnytsia Research Plant" in a pandemic. The paper considers the approaches of scientists to understand the essence and content of the concept of enterprise potential, production potential in particular. Theoretical bases of effective management of production potential of the enterprise are investigated. The approach to structuring the production potential of the enterprise is chosen and the author's approach to its evaluation is developed. The state and tendencies of development of domestic machine building are investigated. The main indicators of financial and economic condition of PJSC "Vinnytsia Research Plant" are described, the analysis of production potential and management system of the enterprise is carried out. The strategy of enterprise development is developed and the basic directions on increase of efficiency of management at the enterprise are offered.
