Abstract

In the thesis work the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the performance management of the staff of the organization. The analysis of modern trends of management and personnel management . The basic indicators of financial and economic activities are analyzed. The analysis of the management system, personnel management systems and performance management of staff of the company. The measures to improve management of pharmaceutical companies on the basis of identifying the main trends, risks and opportunities of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine are developed.
