Анотація
This paper explores magnetars and pulsars—unique neutron stars with extremely strong magnetic fields and rapid rotation. Their physical properties, radiation mechanisms, and role in modern astrophysics are discussed. Special attention is given to the influence of magnetic fields on the behavior of these objects and the methods used to observe them. The paper explains why magnetars and pulsars are interesting not only for astronomy but also for general physics, particularly in studying extreme states of matter and quantum effects in strong fields.
