Abstract

The subject of master's qualification work is the study of the influence of parameters of the inventory management system on the efficiency of providing spare parts. The work consists of five parts: 1. State of the problem and analysis of methods and models of inventory management. Analysis of the service station SE "Autotrading-Vinnytsia" work; 2. Statistical analysis of the flow of orders and the development of model management of inventories of parts and units of cars; 3. Calculation of the production program and volumes of service station works; 4. Modeling the inventory management system and optimizing inventory management strategy; 5. Occupational Safety and Emergency Safety. The object of research is the process of consuming spare parts and components at the stations of technical maintenance of cars. The main objective of this qualification work is to increase the efficiency of the service center by reducing the cost of storing spare parts in stock and eliminating their deficits. In this work, a model and methodology for determining the optimal strategy of spare parts inventory management was developed, which enables to increase the efficiency of work of technical maintenance stations of cars, minimize the cost of resources and their losses, as well as the level of satisfaction of consumers.
