Abstract

The device for the detection of the obstacles by the people with the limited vision consists of TV camera, the laser, the optical system for the generation of the horizontal and vertical laser line comprising the semitransparent mirror, the mirror, and two cylindrical lenses oriented in perpendicular one to another. Furthermore, the device contains the computation unit with its input connected to the TV camera output. The input of the optical system is connected to the laser output.
