Abstract

Inductive sensor includes voltage generator first output of which is connected to first output of balance resistor at the second one – to common bus. Second output of balance resistor is connected to first terminal of measuring block second terminal of which is connected to common bus to which terminal of adjustment inductivity is connected, and common output of operation amplifier output of which is connected to first and second resistors. Second output of second resistor is connected to inverting input of operation amplifier and to second terminal of adjustment inductivity and second output of first resistor is connected to non-inverting input of operation amplifier and first terminal of measuring inductivity. Second terminal of measuring inductivity is connected through separation capacitor to gate of field transistor that through resistor is connected to terminal of gate power supply, and source of transistor through restriction resistor is connected to terminal of power supply of source and through separation capacitor to first terminal of measuring block, and sink of field transistor is connected to common bus.
