Теоретико-ігрова модель для вмотивованого законодавчого закріплення механізму інноваційного зростання економіки країни за рахунок випуску високотехнологічної продукції

Abstract

In the paper there has been considered successful economic development of Ukraine for innovative mechanisms, moreover there has been considered innovation in high technology. The basic game-theoretic model of an effective mechanism for innovative economic growth in Ukraine has been developed. There has been proved the necessity of motivated legislative fixing of such a mechanism through the output of high-tech products. With the tools of game theory there has been investigated and analyzed a dynamic game that describes the activity of basic players in the high-tech market: enterprises of different direction of activity, universities and state authority. Seven stages of deployment in time have been defined and stipulated for this game. The economic interpretation of the developed model has been shown. The mechanism of the law operation about innovative economic growth of the country has been formed and explained on the basis of the conducted researches and developed game-theoretic model. It is based on the motivation of: 1) companies that are developing or implementing innovative products, 2) state as one of the basic players in the market of innovation. There has been taken into account the full responsibility for the results of their actions or inactions of all participants of the game. There also has been proved the necessity of using the potential of universities and startups with bringing a motivational factor for their participation in the market of innovation.
