Abstract

The article in the context of information security problems the method of calculating the level of motivation of employees on the basis of modification sociometric indicators by incorporation of additional quantitative indicators of Internet and social networks. This method makes it possible not only to quantify the level of motivation of employees to keep confidential information and prevent possible vulnerabilities and threats on the part of staff on information security in the enterprise.
