Abstract

The subject of master's qualification work is the mechanism of influence of the temperature of preliminary and final heating on the process of forming the structure of sorbed matt coating. The work consists of five parts: 1. The current state of the scientific problem and the ways of its solution; 2. Structure and wear resistance against abrasive wear of surfaced surfaces; 3. Technological bases of improvement of quality of restoration of long-length shaft with shaft grooves; 4. Occupational Safety and Emergency Security; 5. Calculation of the economic efficiency of an innovative solution. Object of research - the process of obtaining a sormeite coating on the working surfaces of longitudinal shafts with slotted grooves The main objective of this qualification work is to improve the quality of the restoration of the working surfaces of long-length shafts with slotted grooves of horizontal multi-stage pumps by surfacing sormeite coatings.
