Abstract

The proposed device for monitoring operation of an electric motor contains a temperature transducer, an analog-to-digital converter, functional converters, a unit for entering the values of the armature winding resistance, the excitation winding resistance of the motor, and the mains voltage, a voltage transducer for the armature winding of the motor, a unit for setting the lower and upper allowable limit values of the output power of the motor, and a comparator.
