Abstract

This work is further development in the field of analogue-to-digital converter (A/DC) and is devoted to the improvement of principles of arrangement of high accuracy high speed of response A/DC with charge redistribution. It is shown that the characteristics of A/DC with charge redistribution can be improved by means of use of informational redundancy in the form of redundant positional counting systems (RPC'S). I he methods of reduction of error-, of analogue-to-digital conversion in A/DC' with charge redistribution by means of deviation of informational redundancy. Methods of decrease of summary methodical error, stipulated by the process of selfcalibration of digit meaning are worked out. I he research of dynamic parameters of A/DC with charge redistribution is carried out. The conditions, that degenerate continuous three-exponeniional transitional process into fast one-evponentional process with invariable time constant in all steps of balancing, are determined. The way of increase of speed of analogue-to-digital conversion that is based on immense, reduction of length of balancing best on higher digit is offered.
