Синергетичний підхід до інвестиційного розвитку України

Abstract

The article reveals a synergistic approach to investment development of Ukraine. It is established that complex investment system have an uncertainty of conduct and are guided in the development of the vague, the possible ways of improvement. These future opportunities arising at the bifurcation, draw the development of the system, it organizes, improves, reaches a qualitatively new state. Hence formed the view that the development is not determined by the initial conditions and the past and future possible States (fractorama) to which the system tends after the bifurcation, and these processes are irreversible. It is argued that the principles of synergetics should be reflected in the stages and methods of formation of investment policy, the selection of its elements and the definition of managing. It is proved that the synergetic model of dynamic investment process is the model of nonlinear, nonequilibrium systems that are exposed to fluctuations (changes).
