In the research paper developed a universal technology controller (UTC). This controller provides automatic control and management processes with modern devices based on a microprocessor that runs as part of the board along with the PC. Presented graphic part of the project. In the memorandum the analysis of processes described key decisions on management is sues high lighted selection controls, installation of automation, developed and considered the question of software. Done feasibility study developed a software product performed calculation of cost of development and economic effec to fit simplementation.
