Анотація

The paper researches and develops information technology for selecting the optimal tool environment for web development. The main focus is on designing an intelligent recommendation system based on an ontological knowledge base that supports decision-making when choosing a technological stack for web application development. Modern programming languages, frameworks, and web development environments are analyzed. An ontological model of the subject domain is proposed to formalize project requirements, constraints, and tool characteristics. The obtained results confirm the effectiveness of the ontological approach for generating justified recommendations.
