Анотація
In this study, we will consider the importance of corporate culture in creating a safe work environment. It will be analyzed how the system of interconnected values, norms of behavior and rules characteristic of the corporate culture affects the attitude to occupational health and safety, in particular, the methods of risk assessment, preventive measures and response to incidents.
