Abstract

A process for processing of highly toxic substances and binary systems in silver and antimony composition of rinse water of electroplating industry by their treatment with sulphide-alcaline wastes of petrochemical industry with further extraction of sludge by filtering consists in that as petrochemical wastes the spent sulphide-alcaline solutions of treatment of crude oil are used, in composition of which at first the content of sulphide- and hydrosulphide-ions is determined, total stoichiometric quantity of silver (I) and antimony (III) ions is added. The reaction mixture is mixed to complete precipitation of silver (I) sulphide and antimony (III) sulphide.
