Дослідження показників роботи теплогенератора для спалювання тюків соломи

Abstract

In the work, experimental studies of the performance indicators of a heat generator for the combustion of straw baleswith a power of 1500 kW were carried out. A comparison of calculated and experimental data on the temperature of fluegases at the output of the boiler heat exchanger, taking into account the surface contamination coefficient ψ=1, ψ=0,9,ψ=0,8. The results of the calculation showed that the differences between the calculated and experimental values of thegas temperatures at the exit from the boiler at ψ=1 are 8 ... 16%, with ψ=0,9, the differences are 4 ... 13,8%, with ψ=0,8– 2,1 ... 16,6%. The features of calculating heat generators on straw are proposed.
