Abstract

In this paper, an analytical review of the current state of the use of heat pumps and heat recovery systems as renewable sources of energy in the systems of microclimate maintenance in industrial buildings has been carried out. The theoretical and project substantiation of the parameters of the microclimate maintenance system of the industrial building with the use of the heat pump and the recovery of the heat of the exhaust air has been fulfilled. The calculation of the systems and their individual elements has been carried out, the optimal diameters of the pipes have been selected, the heating devices, which meet the modern requirements for the design of this type of systems, have been selected. Proposed measures on organizational and technological support for the implementation of project decisions. The composition and amount of work are determined, methods of their execution are selected. The complexity of installation work is determined, on the basis of which the schedules of work execution are made. Techno-economic indicators and payback period of systems are determined. The graphic part contains floor plans with the scheme of heating and ventilation, the axonometric scheme of heating and ventilation, the calendar plan of installation work of the heating and ventilation system, the schedule of workers movement, the schedule of movement of machines and mechanisms.
