Abstract

In the article grounded a necessity of research of informative safety is within the framework of general economic security of fruit and vegetable processing enterprises. Investigational priority of tasks a priv in the process of forming of control system by an enterprise. The retrospective and modern state of problem of forming of effective management informative safety is analysed. Found out principal reasons of low level of informative safety of enterprises of fruit and vegetable processing industry on the postprivatizaciynomu stage of their functioning. The terms of providing of economic and informative security of modern enterprise which became basis in forming of mathematical model of dependence of profitability of enterprises from the factors of informative protected of enterprise are analysed. The set dependence comes forward basis at the ground of directions of increase of informative safety of domestic enterprise. The conducted researches enable to develop detailed teoretiko-methodological, methodical and practical positions in relation to the management of enterprises of fruit and vegetable processing industry informative safety.
