Abstract

The system of mathematical models, tools, methods and technologies for the development of effective economic institutions in terms of the current state of Ukraine’s economy is obtained. In particular: the new typology of economic institutions was constructed; It is obtained that the case law has a high potential for the development of economic institutions; the mechanisms for increasing of the efficiency of innovation, investment and financial institutions in Ukraine were developed; the technologies for the reorganization of the Institute of Higher Education were developed. The monograph is intended for scientists, graduate students, masters and a wide range of economists.
