A meta-analysis of research on the effectiveness of english language training programs for IT professionals

Abstract

Важливість володіння англійською мовою в IT-індустрії не може бути переоцінена. Зі зростанням глобалізації галузі, здатність ефективно спілкуватися англійською мовою стала критично важливою навичкою для фахівців в галузі IT. У результаті було розроблено безліч навчальних програм з англійської мови, спеціально для фахівців в галузі IT. У цій роботі представлено мета-аналіз наукових досліджень ефективності таких програм. Метою цього дослідження є надання комплексного розуміння ефективності цих програм і визначення факторів, які впливають на їх успішність або невдачу.The importance of English language proficiency in the IT industry cannot be overstated. With the increasing globalization of the industry, the ability to communicate effectively in English has become a critical skill for IT professionals. As a result, numerous English language training programs have been developed specifically for IT professionals. This paper presents a meta-analysis of research studies on the effectiveness of these programs. The aim of this study is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the effectiveness of these programs and to identify the factors that contribute to their success or failure.
