Роль та місце закону пріоритетності у формуванні стратегій (деякі методологічні аспекти)

Abstract

The question of the essence and use of the management practices has been formulated and argued, including the development and implementation of strategies, prioritizing universal law. There has been investigated the essence, action and use in practice of management, and also at development and realization of strategies of general act of priority. There has been substantiated the content of the category "priority"; classification of kinds and forms of its efficiency in the real life; a mechanism of action and use of law of priority in the practice of management, that is the difficult system of objective and subjective factors and forces. In future it is needed to concentrate main attention on the synergic problems of strategic management, roles of priority law and corresponding theory with complex researches of functions, principles and methods of this theory.
