Анотація
The results of studies of students' preferences regarding the types of scales for measuring or evaluating various factors in the decision-making process are described. These studies were conducted using online surveys. It turned out that students prefer the use of visual scales compared to verbal and numerical scales. It was concluded that when developing new information technologies for decision support and expert evaluation, it is necessary to visualize the used scales.
