Abstract

A device for contactless measurement of temperature of hydro-generator rotor relates to contactless thermometry for measurement of temperatures of rotating objects, in particular rotors of powerful electric machines (hydro-generators). The device comprises an objective lens, an infra-red receiver, synchronization block, block for signal processing, video-control block. Flow of infrared radiation that is formed by the surface of the controlled object through objective lens falls to infrared receiver, there from the signal through processing block is directed to a video-control block. At change of velocity of rotation of the rotor of hydro-generator heat portrait is displayed correctly. The utility model enables to measure a heat portrait of the rotor in the process of its rotation on operating generator, this makes it possible to increase accuracy of the device operation.
