Abstract

In article research a transducer of magnetic field in a frequency signal are represented on the basis of a hybrid integrated circuit, which consists of two bipolar and MOSFET transistors, one of which together with RC-circuit implements an active inductive element of a tuning circuit of a transducer. The analytical expressions of function of conver-sion and equation of sensitivity are obtained. The theoretical and experimental research has shown, that the sensitivity of a transducer makes 300-900 Hz/mT.
