Abstract

In the master's qualification work the review of existing automated housing management systems was carried out, the main decisions for the control of the micro-climate in the room was made, the optimal parameters of the microclimate for com-fortable living in different seasons of the year were investigated and determined. Al-so, an analysis of the principles of organization of the object's protection system was carried out. The role of components in the functioning of the security system was de-termined. The ways of interaction of the elements of this system were considered. UML diagrams are constructed, structural and functional automation schemes for the-se processes are designed. This development will improve the efficiency of automated housing manage-ment in order to achieve a comfortable living and effective protection of the property of the customer and his personal security.
