Вплив тарифного регулювання паркування на параметри транспортних потоків міста

Abstract

The problem of overloading the street and road network of Ukrainian cities in the conditions of increasing motorization and limited parking infrastructure is considered. It is substantiated that one of the factors of traffic jam formation is the "circling" of vehicles in search of parking spaces, which creates additional transport load on the street and road network of the city. The introduction of differentiated tariff regulation allows optimizing the use of parking space, reducing the intensity of search traffic and increasing the efficiency of the functioning of the urban transport system.
