Abstract

An interdigitated structure of a humidity-sensitive element on an insulating substrate sized 0,7x0,9 cm with a copper film on its surface which forms a meander-shaped capacitor has been developed. Based on the interdigitated two-layer structure of a humidity-sensitive element due to its geometry and the nature of NaCl and BaCl2 salts protected by a polymethylmethacrylate film, some analytic dependencies of the structure capacitance of the effects on humidity have been obtained
