Abstract

In the article the concept of motivation and stimulation of employment has been researched, their impact on the needs of the employee and the gradual achievement of organizational objectives have been considered and justified. The importance of an effective use of the concepts of motivation and stimulation for management activities on productivity growth motivated staff to carry out their tasks and increase employee satisfaction from work has been determined. The definition of motivation and stimulation based on previous research has been suggested. The relationship between motivation and stimulation in the work of organizations, their common and distinctive features has been determined. The results have been summarized by the conclusion that the essence of motivation and stimulation have been considered as an important task and an urgent need for leadership as well as for researchers, because of identifying the needs of personnel of modern enterprises allows both to properly influencing on the workers and encouraging them to improve their work and increase the work efficiency of the whole enterprise
