Abstract

A device for drying disperse materials that includes drying chamber inside which vertical perforated partitions are placed, and elastic elements and power piston hydro-cylinders on which gas-distribution grid is placed. Working chambers of power piston hydro-cylinders are connected by hydraulic line to the drive hydro-system, this has generator of pressure oscillations of working liquid and pump with drive from first control alternating current electric motor. In the lower section of the drying chamber mains for inlet of drying agent are arranged, this connects drying chamber to the inlet unit of drying agent of heat-exchange utilizer through calorifer and fan. In the middle section of drying chamber mass conduit is placed, this connects the drying chamber to cooler as trough part of which is air-intake grid for fan.
